So Monday is over and done with. It might have been a good day, it might not have been. But here are five things you should focus on.

  1. Transform the way you think by cleansing your mind the way you would go on a juicing diet to cleanse your body.
  2. Appreciate life, make a list of everything that you are grateful for. Keep them at the fore of your mind whenever negativity starts to seep into your life.
  3. Compliment yourself by letting others compliment you. The only way you can do that is by staying true to your identity. Be real, and let people love you for you and give yourself permission to receive that love. Create a vision for yourself and live by it.
  4. Redefine success and give it your best. The only person’s expectation you need to meet is yours.
  5. Feel everything you want to feel. Don’t limit or restrain yourself because of the person standing next to you. Make sure you surround yourself with the right people.

Remember that while you are still alive every day is a new day to transform yourself.
